I'm missing trades after sync
Don't panic! If you've just synced but your trades aren't showing up, here's a quick checklist to find them.
It's frustrating when you've done the work but the data isn't there yet. Usually, "missing" trades aren't actually gone—they're just hidden or still in the process of being imported.
The Troubleshooting Checklist
1. Is the sync actually finished?
Head over to your Accounts page. If the status says PENDING, SYNCING, or CONNECTING, we're still working on it.
- Pro Tip: First-time syncs can take a few minutes if you have years of trade history. Give us a moment to finish the heavy lifting!

2. Are your filters hiding them?
This is the #1 reason trades "disappear." Go to your Trade Logs and double-check your filters:
- Are you looking at the right Account?
- Is the Date Range wide enough to include the missing trades?
- Did you accidentally leave a Symbol or Side filter active from earlier?
3. Was there an error during the run?
Sometimes a sync stops halfway because of a connection glitch or a format error.
- Go to Settings → Import History.
- Look for the latest run for that account.
- Click the entry and check the Issues tab. If we skipped a trade, we'll tell you exactly why right there.

4. Are they on the wrong day?
If you're in the US but your broker is in Europe, a trade you took late at night might be recorded on the next day according to their server.
- Expand your date filter by one day in both directions.
- If you find them but the times are wrong, check your Timezone Settings.
5. Try a manual refresh
If everything looks right but the trades still aren't there, try triggering one more manual sync:
- Open the account in your list.
- Go to Sync History.
- Click Sync Now. (If it's disabled, see Sync Now is Disabled).
Still can't find them?
If you've gone through the list and you're still stuck, we're here to help. Send us an email with:
- The Account Name.
- A few example trades (symbol, date, and price) that are missing.
- A screenshot of your Import History detail for the latest run.
