Frequently asked questions
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. You can switch between plans at any time. When you upgrade, you'll get immediate access to all Premium features.
What happens if I go over my account limit?
If you're on the Basic plan and need to add a second account, you'll be prompted to upgrade to Premium. If you don't want to upgrade, you can archive or delete an old account to make room for a new one. Archiving keeps your history available but puts the account into a read-only state.
Is there a yearly discount?
We occasionally offer promotions for early access or yearly plans. Check the Billing page in your settings for current pricing options.
What about data storage?
Your storage limit only applies to screenshots you upload to your journal entries. Your trade data and execution history do not count toward this limit. If you're a high-volume journaler who uploads several screenshots per trade, the 5GB Premium limit ensures you'll never run out of space.
Where to check your current plan
You can see exactly which plan you're on and monitor your usage by heading to Settings → Billing.
